Meeting the Network, the series that takes you to meet the members of the association, today presents you Tarcan Kiper.
Tarcan Kiper is the co-founder and CEO of Dors Venabili Cyberspace Technologies Inc., a high-tech firm specialized in Digital Health and VR Therapeutics solutions with its VR/AR-based cognitive and physical assessment and training platform. As an entrepreneur, he has more than 30 years of experience in 3D simulation and VR applications in the defense, aerospace, transportation, and energy industries.
As one of the pioneers of simulator development in Turkey, he accomplished the first VR project in 2000, followed by the first VR Center deployment, and the first VR CAVE system. Recently he led his team to deliver VR Training Systems for MRO and OHS training in various industries. He has been an active lecturer, speaker, and author regarding Digital Twin, Virtual Engineering/Prototyping, and Virtual LET technologies. He has MSc in Electrical Engineering and Applied Physics from Case Western Reserve University (Cleveland, Ohio, USA) and BSc in Electrical/Electronics Engineering from Bogazici University (Istanbul, Turkey).
What are your expectations, about the association and the future of the XR world?
Mr. Kiper says: “XR will be part of our daily lives. Whether it is in entertainment, training&education, manufacturing, or healthcare and rehabilitation it will be in our offices, homes, pockets, and hands. I expect the association to lead a network of XR stakeholders, to enable them to share experiences, know-how, and information, and to help grow the XR business. Being a EuroXR member gives me the opportunity to be part of a community directly related to our business and products. Taking part in building the future of XR. We can bring our 30 years of 3D simulation and VR expertise in the defense, aerospace, energy, and transportation sectors.”
